Eat Healthy And Stay Full Longer

Healthy food can be expensive and not fill when you try to be the best you can. Overweight people can learn from this as well as thinner people. This is good for you children. People are out of control when it comes to food. Take it from me and read on. . .

You need:.
fresh vegetables

no seasoning.
fresh herbs.

lean meat.
fresh fruit.

whole grain breads.

You must go back to the basics when it comes to eating our food. We have experienced and added things to our cuisine to where we lost the taste of healthy and nutritious. Nothing is wrong with that God put on this earth for us to enjoy but we are poisoning your body with all the extra things we add to our food. We do not know what the food should taste like because it is covered up with too much condiments spices and other things.

At the beginning of time back when the earth was created we had fresh foods and vegetables to eat and fresh meat to fill our stomachs up. In early times it was not all sauces available The people only had the basics and they lived longer.

When you go out to a limitation you find the worst things to eat which is cooked in so much fat and that is bad for you. You can choose tossed salads fresh steamed vegetables whole wheat bread and choose grilled chicken or fish.
Four.

We should eat more than that to fit in the palm of your hand before you cook it. It's a shame how we overeat on meat. We should be having about 4-6 grams of meat per serving. Otherwise it's too much.
Five.

We should eat more raw fruits and vegetables and follow it with water. There should be more fiber in our diets as our digestion is better.

When you eat you should set a smaller amount of parts on our plates. We should serve a meat a vegetable and a fruit at every meal. We should be having something from the four basic three times a day plus a snack. Snack on fresh foods.

When you season food you should lean on fresh herbs. You can grow them in a flowerpot if you will. Use whole grains when you eat. Whole grains are better for you.
8.

Babies should get you started with your home cooking from the beginning when it's time to introduce them to solid foods. What do you think they do in baby food jars purchasing and waste good money that could go to something else.
9.

When you eat fresh vegetables like carrots and drink a glass of water it helps you to feel fuller. Vegetable juice will also make you feel fuller. If you eat meat that stays with you longer because it takes longer to digest.
